Dr. Brian Kinlaw - Pastor

What you do when you’re not at SBC?: Spend time with my wife and children.
Who/what you love?: God, my family, my church, eating good food, swimming at the beach, playing a round of golf, reading a good book.
Are you a morning or evening person?: Definitely an evening person!
What is your motto?: It’s not about you!
Desk?: Organized— I’m certifiably obsessive-compulsive.
What energizes you?: Spending time away from home and church with my family; a good round of golf; an exciting Sunday of worship.
Who has had the most influence in your life?: Jesus, my wife, and my parents.
Favorite books?: The Bible; Simple Church; My Utmost for His Highest
Favorite movie?: Gladiator
Favorite movie star?: Denzel Washington
Favorite food?: Ice cream
Favorite sport?: Basketball to watch, Golf to play.
Best advice you have ever received?: "Anything worth doing is worth doing well." (from my mom)

What you do when you’re not at SBC?: Wife and mother of 3. . . HOMEWORK, HOUSEWORK, and a little bit of family fun!

Alice Cashwell - Worship Leader/music ministries director

What you do when you’re not at SBC?: laundry --- it multiplies when I’m not looking

What is your motto?: I’d rather take a risk than wonder what might have been.
What energizes you?: A 60-minute aromatherapy massage at a day spa

Kelly Taylor - Choir Director, Praise Team Ministry

The people you love most?: Shane, my husband & best friend, my beautiful daughter Lynnsey & my handsome little man, Dillon
What you do when you're not at SBC?: I work alongside my husband in our catering service
What makes you laugh?: My extremely funny children
What you love?: Singing for Jesus - giving back to Him what He has blessed me with
Are you a morning or evening person?: Morning - well, coffee helps :-)
What is your motto?: "Keep on keeping on" - I stole that one from my dad
What energizes you?: Awesome Worship
Desk - messy or organized?: Messy, unfortunately - I'm working on this one
What would most people at SBC be surprised to learn about you?: I never sing around the house. If I ever do, my children insist we play "the quiet game"

Charlie Bedsole - Pastor of Discipleship and Outreach

What you do when you’re not at SBC?: With my family
What makes you laugh?: My boys, Tyler & Matthew. We love to watch AFV together
Are you a morning or evening person?: Evening person
What is your motto?: Get there early (didn’t I say I was an evening person?)
What energizes you?: Worshiping God
What would most people at SBC be surprised to learn about yo?: I’m a grandfather of 2 wonderful Grandsons, Zachery 10, and Zayne 6
If you could live anywhere in the world for a year it would be?: Germany- I went there last year on vacation and would love to travel there again.
Who has had the most influence in your life?: My Mother, Sarah. She has always been there for me. My wife Dawn, who has shown me unconditional love.
Favorite movie?: “The Incredibles” (I only get a chance to watch kids movies)
Best advice you have ever received?: From my sister Debbie when I was about 12 years old. “If you would learn to think before you opened your mouth you would stay out of a lot of trouble”

Kim Oefinger - Nursery Coodinator

What you do when you’re not at SBC?: When I am not a SBC I have several other positions: housekeeper (underpaid), chef (able to create a meal for 6 out of nothing), limo driver (clients are ages 2, 6, 9 and 16), childcare provider (paid daily with hugs and kisses), nurse (able to fix any boo boo with a single band aid), referee (only when needed).
Something you love?: my girls giggling about absolutely nothing
What is your favorite word?: Faith
What energizes you?: COFFEE
Desk?: Messy but it’s my husband’s fault (ha, ha)

Favorite food?: Anything I don’t have to cook

Debbie Riley - Administrative Assistant

What you do when you’re not at SBC?: Enjoy being at home
Something you love?: the simple things in life
What is your motto?: In everything you do, do it as if you are doing it for the Lord
What energizes you?: 8 hours of sleep, a Sunday afternoon nap, a good sermon, time outdoors, reading my Bible
Desk?: organized if possible
Favorite book?: I read the Bible more than anything, but I do like the old romance books like Gone With the Wind
Favorite food?: chicken and pastry
Favorite place?: home
Favorite sport?: Car racing
Happiness is?: being content with what you have and what life throws your way; having peace of mind about my salvation.
