CrossFire Ministries & Events

High School Ministry

The High School Ministry is centered on leading  teens to Run to God (Salvation), Run to Grow (Discipleship), Run to Serve (Ministry), and Run to Share (Evangelism).  We meet teens through our entry point program with games, skits, praise & worship, etc. And then they can go into our Sunday school classes(10-15 teens) and/or small groups (5-7 teens). Finally, teens are encouraged to join in doing ministry either through the student ministry such as the praise band or big church as something like a greeter.

Middle School Ministry

The Middle School Ministry is centered on leading  teens to Run to God (Salvation), Run to Grow (Discipleship), Run to Serve (Ministry), and Run to Share (Evangelism).

Ski Trip 2008

Winterplace Ski Trip Feb. 20-23, 2009 A yearly tradition usually in the month of February is our ski trip. The trip is open to 6th through 12th graders. We usually go to Winterplace Ski Resort in West Virginia for 2 nights of skiing. Along with the skiing and fellowship we also spend time in bible study and prayer. This has a been a great trip for new people to the ministry to get involved and usually is a special trip each year.

CrossFire Mission Trip 2008

Summer of 2006 marked the first ever student ministry mission trip to New Orleans and in 2009 we probably will do a mission trip in the United States. We’ll be partnering with Adventures in Mission (www.adventures.org) for our third mission trip. We believe that mission trips are only beginning of teaching teens to serve God not just one week a year but all year.

First Ever CrossFire Summer Camp

For the first time ever God is leading the student ministry to run our own summer camp. We’ll use the great facilities of Camp Rockfish with a high ropes course, climbing wall, water games, and much, more. We’ll be bringing in a national speaker and praise and worship leader to minister to the kids. We will invite 6th-12th grades to the camp but the middle and high school will have separate rooms and also have times during the week for age-appropriate lessons. This will allow more teens to participate and also allow us to keep our costs down. Our goal is to offer
